There’ll be up to 12 hours of dynamic, twisty, meditative, balancing, bendy blissful yoga over the course of the weekend. Accommodation is dormitory style, like being in an ashram, sort of, bit more comfy.

Be prepared, it will be challenging… But don’t worry there will also be some lovely meditation & relaxation, you will be able rest in between sessions, have water, take a short walk, perhaps even eat some food 😉

Itinerary 
(subject to change)

Friday – Evening yoga ‘Bring it OM’ – a bit of everything flow, dinner.
Saturday – Yoga ‘Dynamic delight’, light breakfast, Yoga workshop ‘Let’s float’ – hands & head balancing, lunch, Yoga workshops ‘Oh my core’ & ‘Hip hip hooray’ (or take a break, have a bit of you time), Evening Yoga – Restorative/Yin – long holds with Pranayama, then Meditation & Relaxation, then dinner.
Sunday – Yoga ‘Dynamo’, ‘Tasty twists’ & ‘Building deeper backbends’, light breakfast, Yoga workshop ‘Let’s float Pt.2’ – arm balancing, catch up over a light lunch & then go home 🙂
