Retreat Yourself – A weekend of Yoga & Massage

Are you almost ready, it’s my Spring Yoga Retreat at St. Katharine’s Parmoor for May Bank Holiday weekend!  Receive delicious ‘quick’  Massages by the amazing & dedicated Joanna (Jo) ‘healing hands’ McCluskey – to shoulders/neck, back & legs. There’s also Acupuncture if you like to try. Eats – yummy vegetarian food. You’ll enjoy lots of Yoga (dynamic & restorative) & Meditation, all included in one weekend!  N.B. Accommodation is shared, twin rooms 🙂

ITINERARY (Subject to change)

FRIDAY arrival from 5pm-ish. Yoga: 6.30-8pm, Dinner: 8.30/9pm, Evening: Getting to know you

SATURDAY Yoga: 7.30-10am (massage – last 30mins), Breakfast: from 10am, Yoga workshop: 11.30am-1.30pm (includes massage), Lunch: 2pm. Free time: 3-4.30pm. More yoga: 4.30-6.30pm (includes massage), Dinner: from 8pm, Evening: yoga quiz or chill, as you wish

SUNDAY Yoga: 9-11am (includes massage), Brunch: 11.30am. Final Workshop (if keen & able to stay): 1.30-2.30pm. Chat: 2.30-3pm. Home time: 3.30pm

Road: Approx. 1hr from London via A40 & M40, via M40 or via M4. FULL DIRECTIONS (Satnav: RG9 6NN)
Rail: Nearest train stations are High Wycombe and Henley-on Thames.
High Wycombe is served by Chiltern Rail originating from Marylebone Station in London. The station is approx. 7 miles from St. Katharine’s. Henley-on-Thames is served by First Great Western Railways, originating from Paddington Station in London. The station is approx. 6.5 miles from St. Katharine’s.
There are usually taxis at the station, a taxi ride takes 20 minutes.
