I will lead some powerful and restorative Yoga sessions to incite inner peace and harmony by using Dharma yoga, meditation, and relaxation techniques. The Yoga sessions will link and be embedded with Laura’s sessions on Body to Brain Connections where she will share, through both theory and practice, some insights from neuroscience on how to use the body to heal and appease mind and brain, and Sam will break it up with some Mindfulness walks for groundedness and presence.
