Marcia left her management career at the BBC to make yoga her full-time occupation.
Practising yoga for over 15 years and studying yoga in its various forms since 2004, Marcia trained at the acclaimed International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre in France.
The style of yoga that Marcia teaches is based on Sivananda Yoga principles: Asanas (physical practice), Pranayama (breathing) and Relaxation. Each session includes a strong essence of Hatha and Vinyasa Flow.
Yoga with Marcia is a balanced, healthy and fun way to tone both body and mind; Marcia subtly combines the transformative qualities of the practice and cultivates mindfulness, creativity and exploration – individually and cohesively.
